We regret to inform you that due to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the Engineers Without Borders UW-Madison Student Chapter and Madison Area Professional Chapter's April 4th, 2020 Banquet has been cancelled. For the safety of our members, sponsors, supporters, and guests, and per the CDC's guidelines to minimize risk and exposure, we feel it is in everyone's best interests to avoid gathering in large groups at this time. We will be reaching out in the upcoming weeks with more information about the cancellation of our event, including how to request a refund and how to support us in other ways. During this time of uncertainty we wanted to be in touch with you as soon as we knew the status of the Banquet. We greatly appreciate your support of our organization. As always, we remain dedicated to designing and implementing sustainable engineering projects with our partner communities around the world. Engineers Without Border's work to increase community resilience is important everyday, but the impact becomes even more clear during uncertain times like these.
